Star-Boy Productions, Inc. was founded in 1995 by Greg O. Binns and began as a production company but was bought out in 2004 by Garry 'SIGZ' Binns. Star-Boy Music Group is a fairly new recording label but has been producing reggae music since 1995. Currently, reggae/hip-hop artist S.I.G. ANTHONY is the front man for this team along with younger brother and culture artist BETA YUDAH. The label has other artists they are working with but are focused on the projects of the main two artists first. Star-Boy Music Group will expand in due time, "We're not rushing anything right now" says Sig Anthony, "We're just trying to make good music for now."

Star-Boy artists usually perform in venues such as clubs, arenas, stadiums, games, concert events, charity events, banquets, fashion events, festivals and more.

Star-Boy Music focuses mainly on producing reggae music but isn't limited to it. For example, our first priority artist S.I.G. ANTHONY does both reggae dancehall and hip-hop music so we must be able to produce and work with a diversified and experienced team of professionals in order to accomplish the sound we want but keeping the authenticity while doing it. When people hear and see S.I.G perform, they should be humming the melodies as soon as the music stops and should leave feeling like "Wow, I haven't seen a performance like that in a longtime, this artist is going far."

S.I.G. ANTHONY'S BIO

Sig Anthony is no stranger to music and entertainment, he has been writing and performing since the tender age of 8 years old. He hails from a colorful family being the cousin of one of Jamaica's most adored reggae artists, Garnet Silk, and the cousin of one of Jamaica's ex-prime ministers Edward Seaga. Sig Anthony began his musical endeavors early with singing which turned into deejaying which later turned into rapping. Sig Anthony has been honing his skills over the years to become a top performer on any stage and has aspirations of becoming an actor as well. He writes for just about any genre of music, he arranges music and owns his own team of companies who 'PUSH' his music.

Sig Anthony released his indie Debut CD in May 2004 which did very well in the Caribbean with minimal promotion, for the past few years he has taken time off to 'Get His Business Right' and he's confident the numbers will show this time because his business is right. Sig Anthony relocated back to Jamaica in 2007 and has been working with a variety of producers and has already recorded on riddims from producers such as Stephen 'Di Genius' McGregor from Big Ship, Stretch from Black Scorpio Records, Don Corleon, Buju's Axum Studios, Cell Block Studios and more to make this project a very successful one.

Sig Anthony is currently in the states recording Disc 2 for the new 2-Disc Cd he will be releasing which has yet to be titled and he's also working in Miami on the set of the new T.V. series BURN NOTICE which airs Thursdays at 9pm on the USA NETWORK. You can also catch Mr. S.I.G. in 2 new indie films being filmed in Florida, 'A Mistaken Look' Directed by Perry 'PCASSO' Cassagnol & Niterboys Entertainment as well as 'One Small Thing' Directed by Regina Bennett & Ibis Entertainment which will be available in 2010. S.I.G. says "I'm just really focusing on singles now and if collaborations or an album manifests from the compilation of singles, then we'll go from there."
